Recently, we've seen some photos from the set of Thor: Ragnarok that teased a link to Doctor Strange. One of the photos show Thor holding a piece of paper with the address "177A Bleecker St.," which is the address of Stephen Strange's Sanctum Sanctum Sanctorum in Greenwich Village, New York. This led fans to speculate that maybe Thor and Loki were going to meet Doctor Strange for some help.
During an interview with Digital Spy, Taika Waititi was asked if the Sorcerer Supreme will make an appearance in Thor: Ragnarok, but of course, he didn't give a clear answer:
"Ohhh I don't know. I am not sure if... I don't know actually. I can't comment on it. It may have just been something for the fans."
When asked if Benedict Cumberbatch will make a cameo in the film, Waititi said:
"Might be something like that. Might be a little tease. Or maybe a tease just for people who wanted to zoom into that photo."
Waititi didn't give a straight no, so I won't be surprised if we actually end up seeing Doctor Strange in Thor: Ragnarok.
Thor: Ragnarok will hit theaters on November 3, 2017.
