Marvel and Star Wars clash in Bat in the Sun's latest episode of Super Power Beatdown, and it's a close fight! The versus series that pits two popular characters against each other in a battle to the death, brings Spider-Man and Darth Maul in one world to show us who'd win, and this episode takes a surprising dark twist that I thought was cleverly done. Like previous battles of the series, the result of this fight depends on poll results from fans' votes, and it was pretty close: 55%/45%. Find out who won by watching this video:
Yup! Bonus points for cleverness, tying the symbiote and lightsaber in a creative way. The fight was well-choreographed too. This is probably my favorite Super Power Beatdown episode yet. I was rooting for Spidey the whole time, but I won't be surprised if Darth Maul actually beats him, which will probably happen in the alternate ending they promised.
