Suicide Squad: Special Ops Tie-In Game Launch Trailer Shows You How to be Part of the Movie’s Mayhem

Are you ready to be part of the Suicide Squad?

While the upcoming movie is a great way to experience the anti-heroes’ maniac and manic lives, Warner Bros. is offering another way to experience how it is to be bad.

Suicide Squad: Special Ops is a tie-in mobile game for the movie. And to commemorate its launch, Warner Bros. has released a new trailer video showcasing a few gameplay footages, seen below.

Players will definitely go somewhere “very bad” in the trailer and perhaps even get themselves (or their characters) killed in the process. The game definitely knows how to let you feel and enjoy becoming one of the Squad in full first-person goodness.

“Join the Squad! In this official Suicide Squad film game, you have been selected to lead a special task force comprised of highly dangerous incarcerated Super Villains. Your mission to locate the special forces recon team trapped in Midway City quickly turns into a mission of survival. It is up to you and your Squad of antiheroes to defeat the horde of enemies that try to stop you. Fight as Harley Quinn with her signature baseball bat, or as Deadshot with his rifle or as Diablo with fire. Can you complete the mission? Are you Squad enough?”

Suicide Squad: Special Ops offers a fresh first-person title that fans can indulge in with the remaining days until theaters open with the movie. The game is simple—you have to face waves upon waves of enemies. Like any other survival modes, the enemies will get harder to beat.

Players can also enjoy Harley’s. Diablo’s, or Deadshot’s weapons and abilities. Part of the adventure is to ensure that you get to health packs, ammos, upgrades to keep the fight going.

Suicide Squad will be out in theaters on Aug. 5.
