The rivalry between Star Wars and Star Trek fans go a long, long way back. Fans of Lucasfilm's Star Wars and fans of NBC's Star Trek have continued to debate over which science fiction franchise rules over the other, the war going on for over 40 years.

Now, instead of raging on online message boards and threads, Star Wars and Star Trek fans have taken an unusual route: the old school dance off. As usual, The Fresno Grizzlies hosted their annual Star Wars night during a minor league baseball game in California, and it seems like followers of the Starfleet decided to crash the party.

The battle was pretty intense with Geordie trying his best doing a few Michael Jackson moves, but when a young "Jedi" cosplayer starts breakdancing away, the crowds cheers all went to the franchise from a galaxy far, far away. This should come as no surprise to many – Star Wars' stormtroopers may miss their blaster shots, but they barely miss a beat. Remember when a legion boogied down on Britains Got Talent last year?
