Star Wars: The Last Jedi is Coming to Netflix Next Month


Star Wars: The Last Jedi has managed to do the unthinkable and be the most loved and hated film in the franchise. Director Rian Johnson was able to make a film that has divided the Star Wars fandom and it's quality continues to be debated to this day. Those arguments will likely continue as the film will soon be heading to Netflix.

Buzzfeed revealed that The Last Jedi will be coming to the popular streaming service on June 26, so fans can now watch their most loved and hated moments at home if they didn't buy the Blu-Ray or digital copy. Hell, anyone who hasn't seen the movie will now get the chance to do so at the comfort of their own home and see what the controversy is all about.

Whether it's known as a good or bad movie, there's no denying that the film is a memorable one. It has moments that fans still love or hate talking about, whether it's Leia's use of the Force to save herself or that trippy moment when Rey entered a cave. Disney seems to like the movie and the buzz it caused, as they gave Rian Johnson creative control over the next Star Wars trilogy.

If you want to own the movie, Star Wars: The Last Jedi is now available on Blu-Ray and digital services. The rest of us will watch it on Netflix on June 26.
