Star Wars actor John Boyega, who played Finn in The Force Awakens, is a fan of the Star Wars Battlefront franchise, but the latest one, developed by DICE, is missing something that the previous Battlefront games delivered: traditional campaign. The actor asked the game's publisher, Electronic Arts if fans would get a full story mode:
EA responded by asking if Boyega had tried Battlefront's Missions, the closest element the game has to a story mode. Boyega said he had, but it wasn't enough.
Boyega also asked if he could visit EA's headquarters in the UK, to which EA replied, "sounds like a date."
The rumored sequels might have a story mode. Outside of the Battlefront franchise, EA is developing another Star Wars game that is being led by former Uncharted director Amy Hennig.
