The third season of Star Wars Rebels has been quite a ride for fans of the Star Wars animated series, canonizing popular Star Wars Legends character Grand Admiral Thrawn, opening up the series to the grey side of the force, exploring Mandolorian lore and revealing Sabine's grim backstory.
Though the series is currently on a break till Disney airs the second half of Sabine's explosive arc, Legacy of Mandalore, new reports reveal another epic return for Star Wars Rebels.
With the details of the remaining season three episodes for Star Wars Rebels revealed by Screen Rant, fans get an overview of what to expect from the rest of the season, and it looks like things are going to continue heating up for Ezra and the rest of the Ghost Crew. Not only will Kanan's Padawan continue to defy orders to confront Maul, but the Ghost team will find themselves caught in a corner as Grand Admiral Thrawn closes in.

It seems like the best season 3 episodes are yet to be aired, and Star Wars Rebels fans are definitely in for a wild ride. Star Wars Rebels' hiatus will end on February 18 with the release of its 16th episode, Legacy of Mandalore.
