Star Wars: Mark Hamill Shows Support for Ridiculous TLJ Theory

Probably one of the most standout moments in Star Wars: The Last Jedi was when Rey would follow Luke on his day-to-day and found him milking what is officially called a Thala-siren. There's a ridiculous fan theory going around about why Luke winces when he drinks the green milk, and Mark Hamill has shown his support for it.

Check it out:

Like I said, the theory is ridiculous, but the thought of Luke putting his mouth right on the udder is good for a laugh. It also explains why he looked so grumpy during the scene.

While some fans might think that the scene was rather gross, I thought that it actually adds a bit more background to Luke and his days as a farmer. It's space milk, where else would it come from but space cows?

Just a fun fact, that Thala-siren in the movie was actually one large puppet, and it had to be flown to the island via helicopter. There's even two puppeteers inside to operate it. Compare that to the smaller Jabba the Hutt puppet from ROTJ which needed two puppeteers inside as well as a little person in the tail.

You have to love how Mark Hamill plays along with his fans. Kind of a shame that Luke Skywalker had to die, but I'm positive he'll be back for Star Wars Episode IX one way or another.
