Star Wars Battlefront Will Feature An In-Game Diorama For "Real Completitionists"

Progression and leveling your character up is part of almost every multiplayer shooter out right now, and those that will be released soon. One of the games using that proven drip feed method is DICE's upcoming sci-fi shooter Star Wars Battlefront.

Playstation LifeStyle asked Lead Heroes Designer Jamie Keen what the max rank in Battlefront will be, and how long it would take players to reach. While Keen didn't comment about the max rank, he did reveal the in-game "diorama" in Star Wars Battlefront, where "real completitionists" will be able to display their characters and other stuff. Here's what Keen said:

I think plowing through, I don't know, it's gonna be tens of hours, but if you're going for full completionist, that number will go up significantly. The other thing that we have is the diorama, which will be an area we're going to be showing a lot of the characters and things, and there's where you've got the real completionists — what they'll be looking at. There'll be very specific gameplay actions that you need to complete that will then unlock certain characters in the diorama.

Keen also confrimed to PSLS that while the game won't offer a browser option like in previous DICE games, it will run on dedicated servers.

Do you think the Star Wars "diorama" is a great way for players to progress their gaming experiences in Star Wars Battlefront?

Star Wars Battlefront will be released for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on November 17.
