Activision has released the first trailer for the Spyro Reignited Trilogy and it looks amazing. Fans have been waiting for this announcement since the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy was first announced, so this minute-long video is exactly what fans wanted, especially after the recent Amazon leak.
The video actually compares how the game looked back in the PSOne days and how much better it will look on the PS4 and Xbox One. Similar to the N. Sane Trilogy, gameplay won't be too different, though there will probably be a few fixes here and there. Here's hoping camera movement is relegated to the right analog stick this time.
Seeing Spyro in action again is surreal and should brighten the mood of anyone who's played the game back then. It should also erase the memories of terrible Spyro games like Enter The Dragonfly and his cringe redesign in Skylanders.
Spyro Reignited Trilogy comes out in September 2018 for PS4 and Xbox One.
