With Baby Yoda from Star Wars: The Mandalorian, as well as Babu Frik from The Rise of Skywalker, it seems like there's more and more adorable characters getting revealed this year. And just right before the year ends, a new one adds to the list in the form of Baby Sonic.
The international trailer for Sonic the Hedgehog was just released, and although it contains most of the same clips from the previously released teasers, there's one thing that got the fans really surprised. Towards the end of the first half, a glimpse of Baby Sonic was shown, and the adorable character is even holding a flower. You can check out the international trailer above.
Needless to say, fans also adore the baby version of the iconic character. And much like Baby Yoda, it seems like Baby Sonic has captured the hearts of the fans as well, even prior to the movie's debut.
It is already known that Ben Schwartz will be providing the voice of the beloved hedgehog, but it's not yet confirmed on whether or not he will be the voice of baby Sonic as well.
Aside from a younger version of Sonic, it was also revealed in a recently released TV spot that Sonic was given his iconic shoes by a young girl. However, the girl's identity is yet to be revealed, but it seems like there'll be a whole story as to how the child got the shoes in the first place.
The Sonic the Hedgehog cast also includes James Marsden as Tom Wachowski and Jim Carrey as Dr. Robotnik. The film will be following Sonic's adventures with Wachowski as they try to avoid getting caught by the government after causing a "massive power outage" in Montana.
