Superhero film fans have long been pitting Marvel and DC against one another but what most people don't realize is the "beef" between two of the biggest comic book companies in the world is actually non-existent. If you're still not convinced, Avengers: Endgame directors The Russo Brothers pretty much prove that there's no bad blood between them.

In fact, Joe and Anthony offered high praises to Zack Snyder's version of Justice League which premiered last year after a years-long campaign from the DC Extended Universe fandom. The MCU directors have seen the cut and unsurprisingly, they loved it.

Appearing on WIRED's Autocomplete Interview series, Joe and Anthony offered their honest thoughts on the Snyder Cut, seemingly throwing shade at Joss Whedon's polarizing theatrical cut, saying it's the only version of the film fans should see. Joe answers: "See the Snyder Cut. That's the definitive cut. Yeah, you don't need to see anything else." Welp. Sorry, Joss-tice League.

It's such a shame that Warner Bros. and DC Films never truly capitalized on all the hype the Snyder Cut generated and despite being lauded by fans and critics, WB's executives are still determined to push through with their current plans for the DCEU despite being deemed questionable by a lot of people.

I mean, I'm always willing to give the DCEU a chance but at this rate, it's become a huge mess that is in desperate need of a massive reboot. WB needs to listen to the fandom for once.

Both standard and black and white versions of Zack Snyder's Justice League are available for streaming on HBO Max.
