Though the first two Avengers movies may have been directed by Joss Whedon, the Russo Brothers (Winter Soldier, Civil War) will be taking over the directing reigns for Infinity War, and production for the movie is currently underway. The Russos have just posted a mysterious picture on Twitter, and it looks like a possible tease for Avengers: Infinity War; what could it be?
My first guess was that it was from the chamber that housed the Infinity Gauntlet from the mid-credits scene of Avengers: Age of Ultron, but looking back, the pattern wasn't found anywhere. It's funny how simple images can cause a lot of wild speculations from fans who want to get hints out of upcoming movies. It's possible that the pattern may not have anything to do with Avengers at all.
Nevertheless, fans are excited, and with the stellar run that the Russo duo are having with Marvel movies, Infinity War looks like it's going to be one hell of a blast.
Avengers: Infinity War is set for a release on May 4, 2018.
