Ron Howard Teases TIE Fighter Dog Fight for Solo: A Star Wars Story

With Han Solo's goals of becoming the ‘best pilot in the galaxy,' there's no doubt that we're going to be having some intense ship-to-ship battles in Solo: A Star Wars Story. With the film currently undergoing post-production, director Ron Howard gives us a teaser for an action setpiece.

Check it out:

We don't know exactly where this scene is from, but we can make a good guess that it's from the same scene where the TIEs are chasing the Falcon through a cloudy atmosphere. A lot of people are guessing that this scene is actually the Kessell Run, but we'll just have to wait and find out when the movie hits theaters.

Howard has already confirmed that Solo already has a final edit done, so VFX should be one of the last things that needs polishing. Though a lot of fans were concerned about the film coming out half-baked due to the change in directors, it seems that Howard has been able to work properly with the time he was given.

We haven't been getting that much shares from Howard when Solo wrapped, but it is nice to have these little behind-the-scenes looks from the editing bay.

Solo: A Star Wars Story comes out May 25.
