Ron Howard Confirms That Solo: A Star Wars Story Still Has A Trailer On Its Way

Solo: A Star Wars Story might be a couple of months away from its release date, but Lucasfilm has yet to add to the film's marketing campaign, keeping mum on the release of new previews, images, posters and other promotional material.

However the studio might break the silence very soon, because Solo director Ron Howard promises fans that they'll be getting a new trailer soon. The marketing campaign for Solo's been so quiet, some fans have started wondering out loud whether we'd still be getting a new preview from Lucasfilm. Responding on social media, Howard was quick to assuage the fanbase's concerns by confirming that another trailer was on the way for Solo: A Star Wars Story.

Though Lucasfilm's been keeping the film's marketing on pause, Howard's been updating fans about Solo's status, teasing an epic space battle between Imperial TIE fighters and the Millennium Falcon and sharing photos that show the film in its final stages of post-production.

Guess we just need to wait a bit longer.
