Hot Toys has announced tow 1/6th scale figures for its Star Wars collection. And it features none other than the father and son duo, Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker, in their Rogue One: A Star Wars Story and Star Wars Episode VIII: The Force Awakens forms.
Announced via the official Facebook, the toy maker details what each toy comes with.
"Darth Vader returns in force this year with Rogue One: A Star Wars Story! The epic space saga film takes place just before the events of Star Wars: A New Hope, a time when the Galactic Empire is at the peak of its power, whereas the fledgling Rebel Alliance plots to thwart the Empire's plan to build a moon-sized battle station. While fans worldwide are holding their breath to experience the new film, Hot Toys is here to unleash the power of the Dark Side with the new 1/6th scale Darth Vader collectible figure!"
For Darth Vader, he is a movie-accurate figure that shows off the newly developed body and armor, new polished helmet sculpt, texture costume, a utility belt with LED lights, and a lightsaber hilt.
Preordering the figure will include a specially-designed Death Star theme double-sided backdrop accessory.
If you're getting the father, then it's also a must to get the son—just look at those matching poses in the main image above. The Luke Skywalker collectible is also a movie-accurate figure that has been crafted based on Mark Hamill in the latest movie.
The detail is down to the mechanical arm, shown in the final scene, just when Rey finally gets to meet the man of the myth. Preordering the Luke Skywalker figure will include a specially designed diorama figure base accessory.
