The appearance of Evan Peters’ Quicksilver in X-Men: Apocalypse is probably one of the most anticipated in the upcoming film ever since the character stole the show in X-Men: Days of Future Past.
Fans were promised that the character will once again get his show-stealing scene in Apocalypse and many are wondering how it will play out. Previous trailers have only showed brief glimpses of this scene, with Quicksilver revealed running around the X-mansion. Now we’re getting a clearer picture of what exactly he’s holding. Apparently, it’s a dog eating a pizza.
While previous promos have shown the X-Men completely serious and gearing up for battle, this particular ad shows the complete opposite. It’s funny and admittedly extremely adorable.

This isn’t the only time that we see a bit of the light side of the film’s production. Earlier today, director Bryan Singer shared a dubsmash videoof the cast dancing to Benasis’ Beast Mode.
Maybe X-Men: Apocalypse isn’t really that serious after all, or maybe it still is. Even if it is, it’s nice to see there’s some humor involved in the film.
