A very likely filming start date for Deadpool 2 has been revealed via My Entertainment World. It's not an absolute certainty, but My Entertaiment World is generally fairly reliable when it comes to filming dates, so the veracity of the information is likely. According to the website, filming will start on May 1st of this year.
The movie is referred to by its working title, Love Machine, which was previously reported on by Comic Book. Well-known movies often use fake titles while in pre-production. They do this either because the actual title has been settled on yet so a placeholder is needed or to throw fans and reporters looking for spoilers and news off.
Love Machine is certainly a weird placeholder title, but Deadpool is all about the weird. Filming is set to begin in Vancouver in Canada. This filming date will keep Deadpool 2 on track for its 2018 release date.
