Pokken Tournament Coming to Nintendo Switch

Those who are looking to play Pokken Tournament on the Nintendo Switch may want to look forward to possible news at the E3 2017.

A new leak spotted from a Japanese retailer has hinted of a possible arrival of Pokken Tournament on the gaming giant's newest platform. According to trusted Pokemon source Serebii, the listing hints at a remake of the game for the Nintendo Switch.

The information came from the Japanese blog Sinobi, which first sighted the listing. However, this has been changed as of writing, which could point to a premature reveal on the side of the retailer, given that no announcements have been made for the game yet.

With E3 2017 almost here, however, it is possible that surprise announcements may be made. The event has always been a venue for gaming announcements in the past. And with Pokken Tournament's record of being a strong-selling title on the Wii U, so seeing it in another platform, especially one that's equally high-selling as this one, would be a pretty good strategy for the Nintendo Switch creators.

E3 2017 will be held this year from June 13 to 15 at the Los Angeles Convention Center, so make sure to mark your calendars for any announcement. Until then, it's best to take this with a grain of salt.
