Nintendo NX Rumored To Have Split D-Pad and Share Button

Last week, a rumor surfaced claiming that Nintendo's next console, codenamed NX,will have motion-sensing detachable controllers with advanced vibration, and now, a new report emerged, saying that the NX controller will also have a split D-pad and share button.

According to Let's Play Video Games, their sources said that NX's share button (bearing a small icon of a camera) will work similarly to the one seen on Playstation 4's DualShock 4, and will "apparently allow the upload of still images and video directly to Miiverse, Twitter, Facebook or YouTube."

The report also says that images and video can be saved onto an external memory device and then transferred to your computer.

The report also says that its controller will have a split D-pad, but it was not explained why Nintendo moved away from the solid D-pad featured on all of its previous controllers.

Nintendo plans to launch NX sometime in 2017. Although the company hasn't officially released details about the new console, we've heard rumors that it's a portable console with a TV dock.
