Disney has released a new trailer for Alice Through The Looking Glass, and the most impressive thing about it is how The Muppets director James Bobin and production designer Dan Hennah are able to mimic Tim Burton's distinctive visual style from the previous film. If you're not a fan of the previous film, there's nothing in this new trailer that would probably change your mind, but it does show some fresh footage that keep fans of the franchise excited for the film.

The trailer starts with Alice inside a mental ward, and things look crazier from there. There's a lot of fun visuals, but I could care less about the characters.

Watch the trailer below:

Alice (Mia Wasikowska) returns to the whimsical world of Underland and travels back in time to save the Mad Hatter (Johnny Depp).

Alice Through The Looking Glass will hit theaters on May 27.
