New Solo: A Star Wars Story Trailer Has Arrived But There's Still An Air of Concern

A new trailer for Ron Howard's Solo: A Star Wars Story has been released, and it promises exciting space action and Millennium Falcon spectacle that would be a blast to watch. However, we're still not sure about Alden Ehrenreich's portrayal of the galaxy's famous smuggler. We've reported the rumors regarding the actor's performance. I think the trailer didn't show enough to give fans confidence in Ehrenreich's acting.

The trailer also offers fresh footage of Qi'ra (played by Emilia Clarke), Chewie (Jonas Suotamo), and young Lando Calrissian (Donald Glover). It also shows new footage from that fast train scene I'm excited to see.

Just like Rogue One: A Star Wars Story and Star Wars: The Force Awakens, there seems to be a greater emphasis on practical effects over CGI.

While this trailer looks exciting, there's still an unmistakable air of concern surrounding the film for months now, and part of that is due to its troubling production. As you probably know by now, Chris Miller and Phil Lord were fired and Ron Howard took over to direct it. Hopefully, the film will surprise us fans, and this trailer at least helped bring more excitement to the next Star Wars anthology film.
