When Wizards of the Coast revealed the 36 Planeswalkers that will be featured in the upcoming Magic: The Gathering set, War of the Spark, fans were wondering who the two mysterious Planeswalkers are. The other 34 Planeswalkers can be identified but it looks like War of the Spark will introduce the two new characters and they will be getting their own cards.
Over on Instagram, Magic cosplayer Nissa_Cosplay has shared a "secret information" teaser for one of the mysterious Planeswalkers in War of the Spark. The post shared the stained-glass art image of the female cloaked Planeswalker holding a staff. It looks like a blue/white Planeswalker and she reminds me of Elspeth a bit.
"Thanks to @wizards_magic for kindly providing me with secret information about this new character so I can make it in time!" the caption reads. "I'll start streaming some work on this over on www.twitch.tv/nissacosplay this week, so come hang out if you're interested in seeing this new planeswalker come to life"
War of the Spark will be released on May 3, 2019. It's the third of a series of consecutive sets set in Ravnica and is said to focus on the epic war between Nicol Bolas and the Gatewatch.
