New International Trailer For Pride & Prejudice & Zombies Rocks!

If you want a fun zombie film that doesn't take itself too seriously, you'd probably enjoy Pride and Prejudice and Zombies; and if you're a fan of Jane Austen's 1813 classic, you might love this film for how it brings up her novel's themes, or hate it for zombifying its characters. Lionsgate has released a new international trailer for this kickass film, and there's a lot more zombie-slaying and badass women unsheathing swords. Watch the trailer below:

Pride And Prejudice And Zombies is a fresh twist on Jane Austen’s widely celebrated novel. A mysterious plague has fallen upon 19th century England, the land is overrun with the undead and feisty heroine Elizabeth Bennet is a master of martial arts and weaponry. Casting aside personal and social prejudices, Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy must unite on the blood-soaked battlefield to rid the country of the zombie menace and discover their true love for one another.

The film is an adaptation of Seth Grahame-Smith's period horror parody novel, and it was written and directed by Burr Steers (Igby Goes Down). It stars Lily James, Sam Riley, Jack Huston (American Hustle), Bella Heathcote (Dark Shadows), Douglas Booth (Jupiter Ascending), Matt Smith (Doctor Who), Charles Dance (Game of Thrones), and Lena Headey (300, Game of Thrones).
