New 'Finding Dory' Trailer Introduces Dory's Long-Lost Family

Disney has released a new trailer for Pixar's Finding Dory. The story is set about six months after the events of Finding Nemo, and this time, Dory starts to remember that she has a family, so she goes on an adventure with Nemo and Marlin to search for them. Along the way, she'll meet some new characters like that funny-looking octopus. Watch the trailer: 


Pixar President Jim Morris said that the story "will be mostly set at the California Marine Biology Institute, a huge complex of sea life rehabilitation and aquarium, where Dory was born and raised. We will get to meet new characters, like an octopus, sea lions, a beluga whale, among others.”

Finding Dory Official Synopsis:

Disney•Pixar’s “Finding Dory” reunites everyone’s favorite forgetful blue tang, Dory, with her friends Nemo and Marlin on a search for answers about her past. What can she remember? Who are her parents? And where did she learn to speak Whale?
Directed by Andrew Stanton (“Finding Nemo,” “WALL•E”) and produced by Lindsey Collins (co-producer “WALL•E”), the film features the voices of Ellen DeGeneres, Albert Brooks, Ed O’Neill, Kaitlin Olson, Ty Burrell, Eugene Levy and Diane Keaton.

Finding Dory will be released in theaters on June 17, 2016.
