They might be called Angels but the awesome stars of Charlie's Angels are proving that they are up to no good. The new trailer for the highly anticipated film shows off more of the fun things that these "bad girls" can do.
The trailer opens with the trio (Kristen Stewart, Ella Balinska, and Naomi Scott) receiving a call from one of the Bosleys (Patrick Stewart). "You're in grave danger, get out of there, now!" he bellows and the entire house suddenly blows up. Not to worry, though. Another Bosley (Elizabeth Banks) immediately brings the girls to "Safe House 6."
So what exactly is happening here? Banks' Bosley explains, "I run a covert group of exceptional women." Scott, who is clearly new to the game, immediately calls them "lady spies" but Bosley insists that they "work outside the rules, in secret, together." Clearly, these women know how to have fun while keeping out of the radar.
Perhaps it's Stewart's Bosley who puts it perfectly. "You are in the presence of Angels," he tells one confused bad guy.
The synopsis for Charlie's Angels reads as follows:
"Charlie's Angels have always provided security and investigative skills to private clients. Now the Townsend Agency has expanded internationally with the smartest and most highly-trained women from all over the globe: multiple teams of Angels guided by multiple Bosleys, completing the toughest missions around the world. When a young systems engineer blows the whistle on a dangerous technology, these Angels are called into action, putting their lives on the line to protect us all."
Charlie's Angels hits theaters on November 15.
