It's been a while since fans have heard from DC Extended Universe director Zack Snyder. The filmmaker left Justice League after losing his daughter earlier this year and in his place came Avengers director Joss Whedon, the helmsman Warner Bros. had originally brought in for Batgirl.
Now, as Justice League inches towards its release later this year, Snyder shares with fans a new image of Ben Affleck in his batsuit in the highly anticipated superhero team-up movie. Posted on his vero account, the image shows Affleck standing in a corner, his mask all scrunched up as he looks down.
It isn't much really. Nothing about the image tells fans what's going to happen in Justice League or what's going to happen with Affleck. However, the image does help tell fans that the comicbook movie will get very, very visually dark at one point or another during the movie.
Here's the synopsis for Justice League.
