Despite the fact that most of its cast members are fresh off the boat and don't have that much experience acting, the Duffer Brother's Stranger Things became a hit when it released on Netflix last year, and a lot of fans are looking forward to the second season of the ode-to-the-80's science fiction series. Though the new season still isn't due till Halloween, Netflix content head Ted Sarandos assures fans that the series will blow them away.
Speaking with NME (via Digital Spy), Sarandos reveals that he's seen the very first episode of the new season and this is what he has to say:
"I have just seen the first episode of Season 2. It's fantastic--it delivers on everything that every fan wants."
Though not much about the series' season 2 main plot has been released, the Duffer brothers and The Stranger Things cast have been teasing bigger and better things for Stranger Things fans, and it looks like Sarando's message coincides with all their previous interviews.
Stranger Things season 2 premieres during Halloween on October 31 this year.
