Science wiz Neil deGrasse Tyson weighed in on the upcoming Batman v Superman cinematic battle. To sum it up: Tyson thinks Batman is severely outmatched, but has a few ideas on how he could overcome Superman's superior strength… and it isn't Kryptonite.

In a feature video with Tech Insider, Neil says, "I don't think anyone who would put Superman and Batman in a cage match would possibly think Batman has a chance." He later speculates that Batman would have to defeat Superman somehow in the court of public opinion, rather than with weapons or gear.

Tyson thinks a much better match would be Batman vs Iron Man, since both are human and have similar capabilities. He continues, "These are two humans who by technology and science have created ways that they can fight crime and get rid of bad people."

So who would win that battle? Apparently, Neil isn't a huge Batman fan, as he says, "In that contest, my money's on Iron Man because he invented everything that he uses… Batman, however, has engineers."
