August will hold a special place in Naruto fans' hearts, especially for those who have always wanted to revisit the classic line of games in the Ninja Storm collection.
Bandai Namco has announced earlier this year that four of the games will be re-released in an all new collection, dubbed Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Legacy. The collection will see remastered visuals from the old games and a number of extras to make this new run a little different and better than what you've experienced before. Now, the studio has announced a definite date when fans can expect the collection.
Mark your calendars as the Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Legacy will arrive on Aug. 25, according to Saiyan Island.
"With more than 16 million Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm games sold worldwide, Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Legacy collects all 4 Storm games in one breathtaking collection. this series has established itself among the pinnacle of Anime & Manga adaptations to video games! This collection includes: HD Remasters of Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm, Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 2, Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 3: Full Burst, and Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4: Road to Boruto."
For those who missed the earlier announcement, the collection will also include a metal case, an art book, and bonus anime disc for the physical edition of the collection. It's available for preorder at $79.99, with discounts depending on where you'll be ordering them from. The price is pretty reasonable considering the inclusion of content expansions, more characters and costumes, and additional scenarios.
Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Legacy will be available on the PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Japan will get it first on July 27.
