Much Of Kylo Ren’s Past Won’t Be Shown In Star Wars: The Last Jedi

Some of the biggest questions that Star Wars fans might want to see answered in Star Wars: The Last Jedi are Rey's (Daisy Ridley) parentage and Supreme Leader Snoke's true identity, but others are hoping to learn more about Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) and the events that made him who he is.

While some fans are hoping to learn more about Ben Solo's full backstory in The Last Jedi, Driver tells Screen Rant that there are some things about his character that just won't be explained in The Force Awakens sequel.

"I mean, there's like a bits of pieces that we started working on that kind of," the actor explained, "I know are answered in this one that we kind of started in The Force Awakens, that I knew was operating you know when we were doing that one, that I knew as time went that they kind of reveal themselves but even if those things, there's a lot of those things that will never be revealed and there's no plans to."

Some fans might be a bit disappointed, but Lucasfilm wouldn't want to give away all of its secrets all at once. The Last Jedi won't even delve too much into Snoke. We'll just have to wait for the story to run its course, giving us the thrill that we need.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi hits cinemas December 15, 2017.
