With the abundance of Wizards of the Coast's big announcements this week, it almost feels like Christmas for Magic: The Gathering players. On top of Mark Rosewater's announcement about the return of core sets, major changes in set blocks, and Aetherworks Marvel being banned in Standard, we get more exciting information about Ixalan and other MTG products coming in the near future.

Wizards of the Coast revealed 25th Anniversary-editionMasters set, which is set to launch on March 16, 2018. It will "contain 249 cards from across Magic's entire history and will provide a drafting experience like previous Masters products."

They'll release Duel Decks: Merfolk vs. Goblins, which will include two ready-to-play 60-card tribal decks. It will be released on November 10. In the same month, Wizards is also releasing From the Vault: Transform, which "collects fifteen of our favorite transforming cards, each with its own story to tell." That will be available on November 24.

Wizards also promised a return to Dominaria in the next large set after Ixalan on April 28, 2018. It's been 11 years since we visited the classic world, so we're so hyped for that. In the video, head designer Mark Rosewater reveals that the creator himself, Richard Garfield will be in the design team for that Dominaria set.

Remember those silly silver-borded Unglued and Unhinged sets? Well, we're getting a new one this December, and it's called Unstable. It's set to release on December 8, 2017.
