Game of Thrones season 6 can't arrive soon enough, so it's a good thing we're getting bits and pieces of info from the hit HBO series.
Details about the highly anticipated season had been circulating since last year, but it's just recently that the series' cast has started actually talking about what fans can expect of the season and their characters.
One of the recent cast interviews to come out is of Michiel Huisman's, the actor who plays the character Daario Naharis, Daenerys Targaryen's (Emilia Clarke) advisor and lover.
During an interview with Pop Sugar for the 34-year-old actor's new thriller, The Invitation, it can't be helped if Game of Thrones will be asked at some point.
Huisman gamely answered the questions, and he revealed quite a few things about Daario's adventures that fans will be excited about.
Asked on where we'll be seeing Dario at the beginning of the season, Huisman answered:
This is a very exciting time. Daario, in the beginning of this new season, is on the hunt together with Jorah to try to find and track down [Daenerys], and it's funny because it can easily be a bumpy road between Jorah and Daario, and now we're on the road for God knows how long. It's going to be interesting.
As for the specifics on the scenes his character will be in that he'd like audiences to see, the actor said:
Yes, there's always — Game of Thrones is such a huge cast — but somehow the writers manage for every character to have one or two of those moments a season. I definitely have a couple of those. I can't wait for you guys to see them.
Let's just hope he won't be killed off in the upcoming season. He and Daenarys looks so good together. He's a pretty good influence on the Mother of Dragons too.
