Marvel's Ant-Man & The Wasp Image For D23 Cover Revealed

The two stars of Marvel's Ant-Man & The Wasp are getting the spotlight on a new cover.

Five different covers are being released for the latest issue of Disney Twenty Three magazine, and one of them features Ant-Man (Paul Rudd) and the Wasp (Evangeline Lilly) standing back to back in their cool suits.

Hope van Dyne debuted in the first Ant-Man film but the sequel features her in costume for the first time. Based on what we'd seen in the trailer, it looks like The Wasp has a lot more abilities. She has wings that help her fly and dodge things in her miniature form, and she has blasters that Ant-Man apparently doesn't have.

It would be spectacular to see them team-up in the sequel.

Synopsis:

From the Marvel Cinematic Universe comes a new chapter featuring heroes with the astonishing ability to shrink: Ant-Man and The Wasp. In the aftermath of Captain America: Civil War, Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) grapples with the consequences of his choices as both a Super Hero and a father. As he struggles to rebalance his home life with his responsibilities as Ant-Man, he's confronted by Hope van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly) and Dr. Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) with an urgent new mission. Scott must once again put on the suit and learn to fight alongside The Wasp as the team works together to uncover secrets from their past.

Ant-Man and The Wasp is set to release in theaters on July 6, 2018.
