Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige Says 'Master' Crossover Plan is on Its Way

Marvel fans might be wondering what Marvel Studios has planned for the overall future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe now that we're heading towards the fourth phase of the franchise. Though fans aren't expecting that much to be added to the Phase 4 roster now that Marvel's announced its new slate, it seems like the studio is thinking of working on another grand team-up movie just like Joe and Anthony Russo's Avengers: Endgame.

Marvel just recently had a panel at this year's CCXP convention in Brazil this weekend, and during an interview with ComicBook.com after the company's presentation at the event, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige was asked about what kind of team-up movies he has planned for the franchise.

"The MCU is all interconnected, but we really focus on one movie at a time," Feige began. "We're going to make the best Black Widow movie we can possibly make, the best Eternals movie we can make, the best Shang-Chi, the best Doctor Strange, Thor, Captain Marvel, Black Panther…and keep evolving their stories."

That we already know, but Feige teases more.

"Then, yes, it is always fun to see them come together in a master plan. Which is, I promise you well-underway," the producer said.

It's going to be strange imagining another team-up movie without the original Avengers like Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.), Captain America (Chris Evans), and Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), but we're always up for something new. We wonder who's going to be part of this new team-up movie that Marvel's planning for the MCU – will Captain Marvel (Brie Larson) be the team's new leader?

Let's wait and see.

Phase 4 of the MCU begins when Black Widow premieres on May 1, 2020.
