A lot of people have been wondering why the Hulk hasn't gotten a solo movie in a while, and it's because Universal still held the rights to distribution, along with Marvel's Namor. What's interesting is, a rumor has come out saying that it won't be the case moving forward.
As per MCU Cosmic, a source was said to have confirmed that Marvel Studios has gained full control of both Hulk and Namor from Universal. We don't have any details about what went down, but if this is true, it could mean something big for the two characters moving forward.

Starting with the Hulk, we now have a chance to see him in a solo movie once more. Then again, with Endgame essentially completing Bruce Banner's arc, I'd imagine they'd want to make it a prequel film, seeing that the main thing about Hulk's story is that Banner doesn't want to be the Hulk. Endgame basically has him ending that conflict, so I can't imagine them pushing forward with a filmāunless they want to pull a Rise of Skywalker and retcon Banner's newfound peace.

As for Namor, a rumor is going around with him being the main antagonist of the Black Panther sequel. With Aquaman being a hit, I can't imagine Marvel making a Namor standalone film. I guess it would be interesting to see T'Challa go up against another hidden kingdom that was basically Wakanda's; it would also be nice to have an antagonist that isn't really a villain.
Of course, this is all just based on a rumor, so for now, we should just take it with a grain of salt.
The next MCU film, Black Widow, is set for a release this coming May 1.
