Marvel Reportedly Planning 2022 Release Window for Fantastic Four Movie

Now that Marvel has bought out Fox, fans are excited to see MCU versions of The Fantastic Four and X-Men. While Fox has made some great X-Men movies like Days of Future Past, Logan, and Deadpool 2, the same can't be said for Fantastic Four. This is why fans are more excited for an FF reboot since the people at Marvel Studios will definitely do them justice.

Well, if this supposed leak from GWW is anything to go by, it looks like Marvel is hoping to release their version of the Fantastic Four by 2022. This could mean that Marvel's First Family could be at the end of phase three or the start of phase four, the latter of which would be cool since the team's name literally has four in it.

The last time we saw The Thing, Mr. Fantastic, Invisible Woman and Human Torch on the big screen was Josh Trank's terrible Fant4stic reboot. It managed to be worse than the previous films, which were already considered bad by fans and critics alike, so its putrid critical reception was pretty impressive.

Marvel actually tried phasing out some of the characters when Disney and Fox were having problems, though they eventually lightened up and brought the team back in comics and video games. Here is hoping that the film does well and brings success to Marvel's First Family.

Is Fantastic Four really coming out on 2022? We'll have to wait and see.
