Bad Lip Reading on Youtube has made viral hits when they made videos on New Hope and Empire Strikes Back. Now they’ve made one for Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and Mark Hamill has come to voice Han Solo!
Hamill is actually does a pretty good job mimicking Harrison Ford’s voice, and just like all BLR vids, it’s just hilarious to watch stupid things come out of the characters’ mouths. Chewie proves to be a hilarious stud in the video, and Admiral Ackbar is actually a lot closer to Beaker from The Muppets.
The video also pays tribute to Carrie Fisher, who died near the end of 2016. She will be reprising her role of General Leia post-mortem in Star Wars: The Last Jedi.
If you haven’t already seen them, you should check out the other BLR Star Wars parodies. Aside from the dialogue coming out all kooky, BLR has cleverly edited in some songs that are so nonsensical, but annoyingly catchy. Just try to get “Seagulls” out of your head after you watch this:
