Magic: The Gathering's Battlebond Basic Lands Revealed

Today, Wizards of the Coast revealed new cards and mechanics for the soon-to-be-released Two-Headed Giant-focused Magic: The Gathering set, Battlebond. The basic lands for the set were also revealed, and the artworks give us a closer look at the wonderful plane of Kylem. In this world, there's a stadium called Valor's Reach, where mages from around the world compete, especially the beloved two-on-two contests.

As you can see, Battlebond's basic land artworks look like Pokemon stadiums. The theme definitely fits the fun cooperative gameplay the set was made for. If you think they look fantastic, check out the artworks for theBattlebondrare lands. They look gorgeous.

Hopefully, Kylem will be explored in a non-Two-Headed Giant MTG set in the future.
