Since 2006, Wizards of the Coast has been giving out Magic: The Gathering Happy Holidays promo cards annually at their parties, and the company has just revealed the 2009, and it's called "Decorated Knight", a four-to-cast blue creature that uses the Adventure mechanic introduced in Throne of Eldraine. Its Sorcery Adventure part lets you exchange your library with another deck that you own outside of the game, and when this 3/3 knight attacks, you get to draw a card from your original deck if it's outside the game.

This is the fourteenth Magic: The Gathering Holiday Promo card, and just like the others that came before it, this is tournament-prohibited and silver-bordered just like the cards in the Un-sets.
The Holiday Promos are given out to members of Wizards internal teams as well as business partners. Unlike most Magic cards, you won't find this in any booster pack or any other Magic product but you can probably find one on eBay.
