It seems like Marvel fans aren't the only ones who want crossovers between the budding string of Marvel Netflix series and the well-established Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Though Falcon star Anthony Mackie did say last month that the chances of crossovers remain pretty slim because of Kevin Fiege who "is very specific about how he wants the Marvel Universe to be seen in the film world," other Marvel stars would still very much love having the two worlds to collide.
After the release of Thor: Ragnarok's explosive, a fan went on Twitter to express interest in seeing Tessa Thompson's Valkyrie interact with Simons Missick's Misty Knight on the big screen. Both actresses responded to the tweet saying that they supported the team up despite the likelihood of that ever happening remains terribly slim.
However, while it seens highly improbable for the two to meet (not only are they separated by the MCU and Marvel Netflix gap, but Valkyrie is an Asgardian who's universes away from Misty), the character used to be mainstay of The Defenders in Marvel comics. If the MCU and Thor: Ragnarok were structured differently, Valkyrie could have met with Misty Knight. It's such a shame that it just doesn't work that way on the big screen.
Thor: Ragnarok is slated for release on November 3, 2017.
