Amazon's Lord of the Rings series is still in its early stages but it looks like the show's writer already has other projects in mind. Gennifer Hutchison has just revealed that she is interested in working on a series adaptation of the video game Dishonored.
Hutchison recently tweeted about wanting to write a Dishonored TV series. Take a look at her post below.
Not surprisingly, people were loving the idea, offering casting options like Game of Thrones actor Nikolaj Coster-Waldau as Corvo Attano. Someone also mentioned that Robin Lord Taylor would be perfect as the Outsider.
Interestingly, the Breaking Bad writer isn't the only one who has ideas for a TV series. The Order writer Rachel Langer offered to write a Bioshock show and Hutchison quickly responded that she has a list of plans she would like to share.
Dishonored follows the story of Corvo Attano, the bodyguard of the Empress of the Isles who is framed for her murder. This pushes him to become an assassin who is determined to take revenge on everyone who had framed him for the crime.
For now, it's still unclear if a Dishonored TV series will ever happen. Nevertheless, we would be interested in seeing Hutchison take on the project if it ever gets greenlit.
There aren't a lot of updates on the Lord of the Rings TV series yet although the show is expected to begin production this year. It has not yet been given an official release date but is set to air on Amazon by 2021.
