Get ready for the live-action adaptation based on another popular shonen anime! The Twitter account for the live-action film of Tite Kubo's Bleach manga/anime has revealed that the film will be released in Japanese theaters in summer 2018. Additionally, the page also announced that it will reveal more details about the film on Friday, which is also the Japanese holiday of Tenabata (Star Festival). This is fitting for an anime with death gods and spirits because the holiday features a myth about deities Hikoboshi and Orihime.
I used to like Bleach but its pointless power-ups and artless story made me quit watching the anime series, and Naruto is just better in every aspect.
Are you excited to see the Bleach live-action film?
