Liam Cunningham Says Fans Who Intentionally Give Game Of Thrones Spoilers Are “Low-Lifers”

Nobody really likes fans who go out of their way to spoil others, especially when that show is Game of Thrones. Liam Cunningham who plays Davos Seaworth on the HBO live-action fantasy epic doesn't really like fans who spoil the series either.

Speaking about his career in an interview with Raidio Teilifis Eireann (RTE), Cunningham expresses animosity towards fans who do everything to get at the show's secrets and spill it out on the internet after the host begins talking about spoilers .

"They're(fans who sneak around the set for spoilers) low-lifers. In Spain, we were being live streamed while we were filming, from drones. Everything we've done has been infiltrated, which is terrible."

"I keep quiet because it's the best thing for the show," the Irish stage and screen actor explains. "I've seen these cynical critics go ‘Oh my God did you see that last week?' and suddenly the inner child comes out in them because they've been outwitted, and they love it It's what we pay for. I like it as well, when I am reading the scripts I go ‘oh you've gotta be, you're sh****ng me' and I love that."

It's understandable that Cunnigham feels the way he does about fans spilling the show's secrets to the public. Accurate spoilers ruin the element of surprise. However there are two kinds of Game of Thrones fans those who actively look for spoilers and make theories, and those who vow to go on an internet blackout to keep from being spoiled.
