Kong: Skull Island Trailer Has New Footage And Guardians of the Galaxy Vibe

In a little more than ten days time, Legendary Entertainment is going to release the highly anticipated Monsterverse King Kong reboot, Kong: Skull Island. Signaling the final phase of the film's marketing spree, the studio has just released the very last full trailer for the upcoming film, and it looks fun and terrifying.

While it doesn't reveal too much information that we don't know, the final Kong: Skull Island does give us bits and pieces of new footage featuring Kong in action and his interactions with Mason Weaver, the explorer played by Brie Larson.

Check it out down here:

Unlike the other trailers that Legendary Entertainment rolled out to help promote the film, this new clip is spiked with great, funky music through most of its duration giving it a lighter feel. There's also a lot more levity in this new trailer, taking away most of the tension the older trailers had. The trailer has this Guardians of the Galaxy kind of feel, with great new footage and fight scenes. It's a pretty epic way to end the series of trailers that's been released for marketing.

"A team of explorers and soldiers travel to an uncharted island in the Pacific, unaware that they are crossing into the domain of monsters, including the mythic Kong."

Kong: Skull Island debuts on the big screen on March 10.
