While Kingdom Hearts 3 is available now on the Xbox One, owners of the console are still waiting for the other titles to be part of the system. Square Enix did announce that the older games would be coming to Xbox One but no definitive release date was given. However, thanks to a now-deleted post from the Microsoft Store, it looks like the older Kingdom Hearts game will be coming out this month.
The Microsoft Store (via Gematsu) says that Kingdom Hearts 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue will be coming out on February 18. This could mean that the Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5+2.5 Final Remix collection will also be coming to the system within this month. You'd think that they would just release the recently-announced Kingdom Hearts: All-in-One Package that was announced for PS4 not too long ago.
Kingdom Hearts 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue (ugh) comes with a prologue for Kingdom Hearts 3 that shows how Aqua got caught in the darkness. It also comes with Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance HD, originally released on the 3DS that ties directly into Kingdom Hearts 3, introducing the "real" Organization XIII that also includes a bunch of Xehanorts.
If you have a PlayStation 4, all of these Kingdom Hearts games are available now, along with the Kingdom Hearts 3 Re:Mind DLC.
