Kamala Khan, aka Ms. Marvel, Officially Joins Marvel's Avengers in New Trailer

In a nice surprise, it turns out Marvel's Avengers will have six main characters as a new trailer has confirmed that future Kamala Khan, who ends up becoming Ms. Marvel, will be playable in the game. Crystal Dynamics and Marvel Games revealed the character during NYCC via the aforementioned trailer, where we see her attack a bunch of A.I.M. agents and escape with some plot MacGuffin. It should be interesting, to say the least.

The trailer confirms that Kamala will keep her Inhuman origins and powers, which are her stretchy and size-changing powers. Think a mix of Mr. Fantastic and Ant-Man but natural and kind of weird. Still, it's good to know that the fan-favorite Marvel character is going to be in the game, as she looks really fun to control.

We can't wait to see her in the classic Ms. Marvel outfit as well as her recent costume upgrade. Her default outfit isn't too bad and makes a ton of sense since she is a fan of Carol Danvers, who most of us know as Captain Marvel. It's actually rather surprising that Kamala Khan made it to the movie before Carol did but they'll probably add her later since she's essentially confirmed.

Now that we have six playable characters, Marvel's Avengers is looking like a better video game. In fact, the game has continued to improve with the various trailers released, showing improved character models for Thor and Black Widow, along with cool gameplay sequences.

Marvel's Avengers is coming to PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Google Stadia on May 15, 2020.
