Justice League Twitter Deletes Amusing Super Friends-Like Blu-Ray Video

While not a downright terrible movie, Justice League was one of the most disappointing films that came out in 2017. The DCEU film is currently being viewed as a lesson for other studios when it comes to making/building a cinematic universe since it was a victim of reshoots and outside interference.

Oddly enough, Warner Bros. and the Justice League Twitter released a promo for the Blu-Ray. It paid tribute to the old Super Friends cartoon and was cheesy in a fun way but it was trashed by DCEU fans. This led to the Justice League Twitter deleting the post, though what gets put on the internet stays on the internet.

Fans can check out the video above from a fan and it's mostly harmless. Why DCEU fans were so offended by it is outright silly. Maybe viewers are still sour about the mess Justice League was and still want the much-touted Zack Snyder cut that may or may not exist. Some felt that Joss Whedon's inclusion was a detriment, despite a few decent jokes, and it's clear that future DC films need better direction.

Justice League is available now on digital and Blu-Ray.
