Justice League Dark Adds Another Possible Director to the List

DC's Justice League Dark doesn't seem to be lacking in any potential director candidates. Shortly following the departure of Doug Liman from the project, there are already two names that have been brought up to potentially helm the project.

The newest name to surface (care of Meet the Movie Press video below) is Damian Szifron. Some may be familiar with the name for his work in Wild Tales, a black comedy film. The report doesn't go into detail on just how far Szifron's involvement in the movie has been discussed.

So far, Szifron has already been linked to Six Billion Dollar Man, so hopefully, if the job hunt ends with him, his schedule won't be an obstacle.

Apart from Szifron, the other name that has recently come up is Andy Muschietti, who is known for his work in horror, the latest being the remake of Stephen King's It. He appears to still be the first choice for the film—and I wouldn't really be surprised, since I do envision a darker take for Justice League Dark, one that borders on the horrifyingly amazing.

Seeing as how Warner Bros seems to be on a very active hunt for the best director for Justice League Dark, the movie won't be in any apparent danger of being dropped, at least not sometime soon.
