Jurassic World 2 First Look Photo is “Walking in Giant Footseps”

Jurassic World 2 really is working hard at production.

Last month, Legendary pictures announced that the sequel to the $1.6 billion grossing Jurassic World had already begun filming. Today, the studio has decided to give fans their very first look photo taken from the upcoming Jurassic Park installment.

Uploaded on the film's various social media accounts as well as the Twitter account of Jurassic World 2 producer Colin Trevorrow, the photo shows a little girl staring down at a the ivory-white skull of a triceratops in a museum exhibit lined with all sort of dinosaur fossils.

As usual, the first look photo doesn't reveal much about the film. Is it a scene from the movie? And if so, who's that little girl in the middle of the room? Is she an important character, or one of the dispensable sides? Though there isn't that much information on Jurassic World 2's plot yet, we'll probably learn more as the film's production continues.

Seeing the return of Chriss Pratt and Bryce Howard, Jurassic World 2 is set for release on June 22, 2018.
